The Chancellor announced on Friday 23 September that the 2017 and 2021 reforms to the off payroll working rules (also known as IR35) will be repealed from 6 April 2023. Then on 17 October, the new Chancellor U-turned on this announcement meaning the current rules will remain in place for the foreseeable. 

IR35 remains the same for the foreseeable. End Hirers still carry the responsibility for determining a contractors IR35 status and issuing them with an SDS. We don’t know what the future holds, but we can help you remain compliant and protect you from whatever the future holds with Flex.
